If you want a sequence to start automatically when your document loads, you can check the Auto-Start box in the sequence view. Any sequences with the auto-start selected will start as soon as the document completes loading.
Although you can mark multiple sequences (and logging sets, and PID loops) as auto start, we general recommend that instead you have a single start up sequence that is marked auto-start and then have that sequence start everything else. Otherwise, if you have multiple sequences, logging sets and PID loops with auto-start selected, you cannot determine the order in which they will start. Having multiple items auto-start also makes it harder to temporarily disable the auto-start for debugging outside of safe mode.
