This section is for LabJack U series devices (U3, U6, UE9) and not for the LabJack U12, nor the LabJack T series devices, both of which use a different drivers. In this section we will setup and create a couple basic channels for reading from and writing to the LabJack U series devices within the Guided Tour.
Note: since the UE9 is no longer manufactured, we will not provide any detail on connecting it over Ethernet here. For that information please refer to detailed LabJack U series sections in chapter 17. If connecting over USB, the procedure is the same as the other U series devices.
